Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

Orders under $100 USD: Flat shipping fee of $5.99
Orders over $100 USD: Free shipping
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

LIABILITY
All claims for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages must be submitted within 60 days of the order date.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
